You can go back a year or so when we were in Winterset Iowa. Winterset is in Madison county, home of many covered bridges featured in the movie. If you have not seen the movie you should. And for the record, Francesca should have gone with Robert.
But I digress from the main topic. Somerset county where we are now, is also known for covered bridges. Nothing rivaling the Rosemon bridge, but interesting and beautiful nonetheless.
I mentioned earlier that I had caught a nice trout, but alas no camera so no proof. Fortunately I carried my camera on future efforts.
Not as big as the first one, but not bad. Nice pond with plenty of fish and wildlife, views not so bad either.
Date with historical museum tomorrow.

Thanks for the bridge photo and plaque with the history of King's bridge. Sounds as though animals as large as cattle msy have been driven across! A beautiful piece if history. dbd 😊
