A little surprising...

 Coming to the Rio Grande valley we knew that we would need to habla espanol to some extent. Did not plan on par le vous francaise (?). Neighbors on both sides are French Canadians. Have spoken only French so far. Not as outgoing and friendly as others, but not a problem either. Just another unexpected experience on lifes highway.
