Memories

Way back in 1968 my family came thru this area going to and from Tampa area. I remember the sugar sand and clear water. I also remember an amusement park on land side and you just walked across highway to beach. Try that circa 2015 and you are dead meat. Way too many high rise condos, way to many people and enough traffic to choke a horse. Can just imagine the place in March, spring break for college crowd. Took drive into Destin today and took some shots of boardwalk in harbor area. Will post them later as Jim Beam is calling me right now. Hot dogs and marshmallows  for dinner...
