It truly is sometimes. Looking on the right side of this blog is a list of a few blogs I follow. Do not know how I found them but I did and decided to check them on a semi regular basis.
The one for Dave and Diane became more important of late due to his postings. They were in Oregon and it seems we were just running a week to ten days behind them. He was posting pictures of places we were going to or maybe already at. I even referred you to his blog to see better pictures of La Pine area.
Well a few days back a rig pulls in that looks familiar. Later as we were walking around the park we pass a couple, exchange greetings, and walk on. I told Mary that I felt sure it was them. Went to their site to confirm but they were gone. Ok, file it away as a neat coincidence and forget about it.
Well yesterday morning during my internet time I see he had updated from their stay in Astoria. Part of that update included photo of a meal with Diane's brother. Her brother had been camped beside us at Fort Stevens. I had visited with him about crabbing and even helped when the lights on boat trailer did not work. Now this was getting eerie. So when I was passing their site I stopped and introduced myself to him. Nice guy in person just like on the blog.
Ya just never know.
carpe diem
